Manufacture and Sale of Special Insulating Panels

Due to the characteristics of one of the two outer faces, Special Insulating Panels do not comply with UNE-EN 14509:2014 for self-supporting, double-skin metal face insulating Sandwich Panels. Special Insulating Panels are self-supporting polyurethane foam or rock wool panels, with outer faces adapted for specific characteristics (sound absorption) or special uses in chemically aggressive environments (livestock) or needs in building (insulating light inverted roofs) making them incompatible with UNE-EN 14509:2014.

SOLICITA PRESUPUESTO

Due to the characteristics of one of the two outer faces, Special Insulating Panels do not comply with UNE-EN 14509:2014 for self-supporting, double-skin metal face insulating Sandwich Panels.

Special Insulating Panels are self-supporting polyurethane foam or rock wool panels, with outer faces adapted for specific characteristics (sound absorption) or special uses in chemically aggressive environments (livestock) or needs in building (insulating light inverted roofs) making them incompatible with UNE-EN 14509:2014.

Acoustic absorption panels for roofs, façades and cladding and interior partitions are rock wool insulating panels with the inner face made of pre-painted, galvanised metal sheet with micro perforation to facilitate the sound absorption. In addition to use in building, the panels are used for outdoor noise barriers.

Panels for use with livestock, also known as Agropanels, are polyurethane foam insulating panels with the outer face in pre-painted, galvanised steel sheet and the inner face in glass-fibre reinforced polyester, white and smooth, and bonded in a continuous manufacturing process to the hard core of polyurethane (PUR) or polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam at a density of 36-40 kg/m3. Polyester is used to provide resistance to chemical agents arising in livestock sheds.

With panels for pig shed roofs, where large amounts of ammonia collect, as well as other chemical agents, the outer face of the panel is substituted by a corrugated fibre cement sheet with 6 ribs. The lower sheet is made of white, smooth glass-fibre reinforced polyester bonded in a discontinuous manufacturing process to a hard core of polyurethane (PUR) foam at a density of 36-40 kg/m3.

Panels for false ceilings for use with livestock are insulating panels consisting of two outer faces of glass-fibre reinforced polyester, or alternatively 2 outer faces of embossed aluminium foil bonded in a continuous manufacturing process to the hard core of polyurethane (PUR) or polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam at a density of 36-40 kg/m3. They are used to protect metal structures exposed to chemical agents, among other uses.

Insulating panels for light inverted roofs consist of two faces of smooth mineral felt paper, the upper face includes a sheet of glass fibre, and the other has a black mineral sheet bonded in a continuous manufacturing process to the hard core of polyurethane (PUR) or polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam at a density of 36-40 kg/m3.

The Special Insulating Panels, except for panels for false ceilings for use with livestock (suspended from PVC screw washers) and insulating panels for light inverted roofs (fixed to metal sheet) are easily assembled on any metal, wood brick of concrete support because they are light and easy to fit for roofs of façades.
