Premium Door in Panelled Aluminium with 1 or 2 Leaves, 4020 Series

Panelled door in white painted aluminium, consisting of one or two leaves for fitting in mainly thin interior or exterior walls, temporarily or permanently for new or existing structures. The door is ideal for both exteriors and interiors, smooth and pleasant in appearance, and is an economical solution for enclosures, combining lightness and quality. 

As it is a panelled door, there is the option for solid, half- or fully-glazed. 

The frame is 40 mm deep formed by an aluminium profile with a 35 mm exterior aluminium overlap and 35 mm aluminium interior counterframe for a 40 mm panel. It is assembled with mitre joints and locking brackets. The panel is 40 mm thick, formed by a perimeter profile and a crossbar in aluminium, and assembled with mitre joints and locking brackets.[Tradelia1]  Fitted with hinges, lock and handle. 

The panelling is in pre-painted double steel sheet with a high-density polystyrene core, 35 mm thick both in the upper and lower parts. Alternatively, the panel can be substituted for single, safety or double glazing with gaps between 4 mm and 21 mm wide.
