Panelais Producciones has developed several Modular Systems to provide solutions adapted to our customers’ needs. All the metal elements in the modules, both for the structure and Sandwich Panels for enclosures and interior partitions, the external and internal carpentry and sheets for the roof, are made at our facilities in Huerta, Salamanca top quality materials and under strict quality control. The modules are carefully assembled and completed with the finishes and facilities chosen for each Modular System.
The Standard Module is the base and starting point for all our products in Modular Construction. This is the most economic module and can be used temporarily or provisionally for up to 24 months, and therefore is exempt from complying with the DB-HE Energy Efficiency. They can be joined horizontally in either direction and vertically up to 2 floors without reinforcement. For higher buildings, the pillars are reinforced according to the structure calculations. The Standard Module is the perfect solution for temporary constructions for offices, sanitation, changing rooms or site huts and are highly versatile, rapidly assembled and durable.
The CTEch Module is an improvement on the construction system of the Standard Module due to the characteristics of the thermal and acoustic insulation. The model is designed to comply with the Technical Code, especially DB-HE Energy Efficiency and DB-HR Acoustic Insulation. The module is designed for temporary or permanent buildings used for more than 24 months. The CTEch Module is the perfect solution for temporary or permanent structures to extend offices, canteens, class rooms, health centres, field hospitals, sports changing rooms, etc. where the Technical Building Code is mandatory.
The Identity Module is our star module, whose customised design adapts to the aesthetic requirements of any surroundings and any corporate image: The construction system is based on the Standard Module , and depending on the demands of the envisaged use, they can have the same construction features as the CTEch Module to comply with the Technical Building Code. The module is designed for temporary or permanent buildings used for more than 24 months. The Identity Module is the ideal solution for temporary or permanent structures to extend offices, canteens, class rooms, medical centres, field hospitals, sports changing rooms, etc., where the design of a Modular Building plays an important role, either to harmonise with the corporate image, or to mask appearance in a delicate environment.
Panelais Producciones provides customers with a range of Services, from advising during the project to delivery of the module. There are several options for the: The modules can be delivered in separate pieces for the customer to assemble on site following instructions from Panelais Producciones (Meccano mode), or with the floor and ceiling frames assembled (Kit mode) or fully assembled (Armado (assembled) mode). For Modular Buildings consisting of several modules joined horizontally or vertically, Panelais Produccions has the option to implement and assemble on site. Lastly, Panelais Producciones can undertake to equip the modules or Modular Buildings with lockers, benches, desks, etc.
