The frames for Aluminium Doors in the three series made at Panelais Producciones are in anodized and painted extruded aluminium, with an overlap to ensure that they are watertight. Depending on the series, the panels are made in galvanized sheet or extruded aluminium perimeter trims, forming panels that can be substituted for glass.
Doors in all three series can have one or two panels and have been specially developed for assembly in thin walls, such as those made with Sandwich Panels. They are designed for use as doors for enclosures and façades, as well as interior partitions.
The S-7009 E40 series is the most basic and economical. They are used especially in Modular Construction and industrial and agricultural premises as interior doors and doors with window to separate toilets and showers. The panels are made from two galvanized sheets with a high-density polystyrene core which allows for glazing.

The 4020 series is high quality. They are used especially in Modular Construction and industrial and agricultural premises as interior or exterior doors. The panel consists of an extruded aluminium perimeter frame and panels that can be partially or fully glazed, with the advantage of being able to remove the crossbar to provide a different, smarter look.
All the series are designed for direct assembly in 40 mm walls, or with a special aluminium counterframe for 60 mm walls.
